Sarah French of Red Shirt Farm waters leeks and scallions at the farm on Route 7 in Lanesborough. Nearby, a lettuce crop thrives in the farm’s solar-powered greenhouse. The Community Supported Agriculture farm raises 100 varieties of 40 crops of vegetables without using pesticides or herbicides.
