Thursday Pizza Night

Every Thursday, 4 to 7pm, Austin Oliver rolls his oven onto the farm and makes pizza for the evening. He’s the chef behind There Will Be Dough, and it’s now a weekly thing here.

Preorders encouraged; walk-ins welcome. Order ahead starting at noon on Wednesday and your pizza’s ready when you are. Walk in instead, and expect a five to twenty minute wait, depending on the time and how many orders are ahead of you.

Saturdays, 9am to 1pm, on the Common on First Street in Pittsfield. We’ll be there through October 10.
