For years, our Standard Bronze heritage turkeys were a Red Shirt Farm tradition—and we know many of you still remember those beautiful birds.
While we’re not raising them ourselves this season, we’re thrilled to partner with Yundwell Pastured Poultry in Canaan, NY, whose exceptional pasture-raised turkeys share the same values of care, quality, and flavor that our customers have come to expect.
These fresh, never-frozen birds are raised outdoors on grass, fed certified organic grain, and develop naturally for deep, rich flavor—everything you want in a Thanksgiving centerpiece.

Weight ranges: 12–16 lb | 17–20 lb | 21–24 lb | 25–28 lb
Pickup: Fresh at Red Shirt Farm Market, Monday–Wednesday, November 24–26, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
Preorder required: A $50 deposit reserves your bird (applied to final payment).
